Alignment over extraction
We want to grow with you, not on top of you. The fixed annual license gives you CapEx predictability; the variable transactional fee gives you economic fairness; the optional revenue share captures value only when you capture it.
Transparency over opacity
We publish real price ranges on this same page. We explain every line of the quote. No surprise fees, no auto-upgrades, no evergreen renewal clauses with hidden price changes.
Modularity over bundles
You pay for what you use. The platform core ships with the essentials; premium modules are opt-in with published pricing; professional services are billed per SOW with defined scope.
Guarantees over promises
Each segment has one or more commercial guarantees signed into the MSA, with automatic refunds or credits if we fail to deliver. 99.9% SLAs that are not backed by financial credits mean nothing.

Regardless of the model you choose, Retrypay always includes the following components at no additional cost.
- Orchestration layer: smart routing engine, low-code visual rules, intelligent retry engine, 3DS2 orchestrator with RBA.
- Security layer: PCI Service Provider Level 1 vault, network tokenization (VTS, MDES), shared annual AoC, quarterly ASV scans.
- Integration layer: connectors to the 15 most relevant acquirers, REST and GraphQL APIs, signed webhooks, web, mobile, and server SDKs.
- Experience layer: white-label merchant portal dashboard, exportable reports, programmatic reporting APIs.

What's the minimum ticket to license Retrypay?
Our main segment starts at USD 200K ARR combining license + transactional. Below that ticket there is usually no commercial fit for either side.
How long does a standard commercial process take?
From first contact to MSA signature: 6–12 weeks for PSP/Hotel, 10–16 weeks for Banking. From signature to first production merchant: 90–180 days depending on the model.
What does the 18-month ROI guarantee cover?
If after 18 months of production operation you have not captured measurable net savings against your Phase 1 baseline, a proportional refund applies per the specific guarantee signed in your segment's MSA.
Are there fees per additional PSP or acquirer?
The first 3 gateways/acquirers are included in setup. Additional integrations are quoted at USD 15K – 35K depending on complexity.
